Does anyone in Florida or elsewhere every heard of hard fentnoyl

Hard fentanyl? I'm not sure what you mean but the active dose for fentanyl is so small that you could pretty much spike any sort of substance with it. So yeah it's possible for fentanyl to be in whatever substance you're talking about.

it annoys me when peoole pronounce fentanyl as fenta-NOL...or NOYL i guess in this case.

also people that say subox-ON instead of subox-one
