No you don't... they are cool novelty items but contain a TINY amount of fentanyl... you have to chew them up to get any type of buzz... if you want fentanyl, get the pills (Sublimaze) or as I am wearing now, the patches (Duragesic)..

Before my mother passed she had fentynl pops, but they didnt look like that picture and they were 600mcg, they got u real high....and killed my tolerance.

The fentanyl high is rather short lived... patches can last for a few days though..
