I have struggled with opiates for about 3 years. From what I have read on here my habit wasn't the worst possible with about 40 mg of oxy a day with the rare occasion of doing 60mg in a day. I know what withdrawals are like since I have made it 14 days clean. But sadly I started again but this time with 75 mcg/h fentanyl Mylan patches. I would never wear them but cut them into small pieces and chew them(pleas I know how stupid this was). But I realize that it is now time to kick this habit for good. For my wife and kids. My question is the last piece I chewed on was 11/19 at 9:30pm and all I've experienced so far is extreme fatigue. By fatigue I mean that I literally slept the entire day even though I slept all through the night. I'm wondering if I haven't hit withdrawal yet? It's been almost 24 hours so I figured I would have been in all out withdrawal. Please help!

I just detoxed off 112 mcs wearing them on my skin constantly for 10 months. I was up to 200 at one point but I tapered down and I honestly didn't find the withdrawal to be very bad. It started at about 24 hours and was done in 72 hours besides residual insomnia. I had 2 ultra low dose buprenorphine shots in the beginning and ended up leaving detox against medical advice because they were on bullshit but thats a story for another day. I went and detoxed at home much which was much more comfortable. I used clonidine xanax gabapentin and lyrica to navigate my symptoms. Which sounds like pretty heavy medication in retrospect haha. I would recommend digging some of those drugs up if you are able to.

Remember that your mind can make you a lot sicker than you actually are. I am telling you it really wasn't that bad. Detoxing from IV heroin was much much worse for me. Fentanyl has a very short half life which is indicative of a shorted WD duration.

Thank you for the advice! Like I said the only thing I've felt in the last two days is fatigue to where I can lay in bed all day if I had the chance and a lack of motivation. I'm hoping this will pass as I try to go for a run daily.
