Opioids Fentanyl Not Doing iT

I have a ridiculous fent tolerance, and recently i have been consuming 10mg at once under the tongue, with barely any effect. These patches used to wreck me, now i get a mild high, no nodding. I even smoking a quarter of a patch with little to no effect. Is there nething i can do to get the most out of these

ive taken a 3 week break tolerance stays the same. im gonna try smoking a whole patch

I highly suggest taking a break, not only to avoid dependence, but to let your tolerance settle down. You're on the road to hell, my friend. You need to slow down.

I'm going to close this now. The only answer we can give is that you take a break. There is no other way to lower your tolerance, and there is no other way to use it that would be responsible for us to suggest and keep in line with Harm Reduction.
