fentanyl and dilaiudid

well, a friend of mine cam accross a large number of both of these. he got dilaudid with the 4 stampted on it, and got a box of twenty duragesic patches. my friend doesnt seem to like either of these drugs very much, just likes smoking good ol' opium. now, he is looking for someone to trade these drugs with someone who has lots of opium. about how much opium should this friend ask for per patch, and per pill, when he goes hunting for a willing trader?

Your friend is a moron, or else he has some serious nerological problems.. I don't see how ANYONE could derive more joy from opium (even REAL opium) then you could get from a fentanyl patch..
Going prices? A 4mg Dilaudid can fetch $50 on the street, the patches can bring about the same, maybe even more.. I can't say what a fair trade is, mainly because I don't know the quality of the opium .. just do the math and you're good to go.. still, this sound foolish..
