Opioids Fent any before dosing my methadone

I've been smoking patch today. Got through about a quarter of a 100mcg patch. I'm absolutely pinned.

Now I should be safe taking methadone later I'm the day (around 5), due to fent's short half life. Yeah?

Or should I just skip dosing today.

I guess you should judge how you feel at that time, I'm guessing there is no other options, either take it then or deal without it til tomo at that time. Maybe take half the dose if you are concerned and toss the rest, if they aren't watching you drink it.

Fentanyl *should* be metabolised rapidly, but it depends on personal physiology to an extent. If you still feel high from the fent then adding methadone may push you over the brink into sickness.

I would think you'd be OK. Smoking the fent also greatly reduces it's half life... at least from what i'd assume. whenever I smoked it, it would last much shorter than insuff/sublingual.
