fake mexican mscontins's?

I bought two mscontin 60mg pills in nogales, sonora, last week (they were fairly priced) and was dubious from the get-go, the 'pharmacist' seemed too eager to lower the price and sell me them. he even whipped out the PDR and showed me their picture, and sure enough, they were a match, although a tad different shade of orange.

ANYWAYS, i broke off a little piece of one, say around 1/3, and ate it, and man, what a freakin' ripoff -- i barely felt a thing, and that thing lasted around an hour, and felt pretty lame. coulda' been ANYTHING in there, halidol, thorazine, whatever. the pill broke up rather mushy, too, and below the candyish surface of orange paint or whatever was a sort of yellow tinted substance. and that was all.

so my question is, has anyone else experienced this, fake/phony/ersatz pharmies, either here or in mexico? i suppose it COULD be morphine but just really bad, low quality stuff? ideas? or should i just take the whole thing and see what happens?

I doubt someone without a tolerance would even feel 20mg of mscontin, they could take the whole thing probably and be fine.

I would also say you didn't take enough to distinguish a real from a fake. Morphine is needed in relatively high doses for strength orally.

i've done full 60 mg pills and bearly felt a thing. If you have a little opiate tolerances take 2 of them and you should get high

ah shit, thanks guys! i guess i just don't know very much about this stuff, i figured that since hydromorphine (dilauded) came in such low doses that morphine was the jam, too, or whatever. i still got 'em so let's party....
