Fake medications still out there?

I noticed the thread already started but the last reply was in january or something like that so I wanted to get a quick response. I haven't been in the mix of things of late but are there still a lot of fake roxicodones going around? Also if there is can you describe what the fake ones look like/ taste like?

There is a shit ton of the fake xanax in east texas and ive only seen a fake roxy a couple months back. But fake benzos are definitely still around

What's in the fake Xanax? Just filler or is there some Etizolam or something in there?

I remember seeing those fake 80s with H in them on the DEA microgram a few years back...
