Well i feel like an idiot but i cant change the past! Last week i got on subs was inducted on 16mg then 8 mg the next day but quickly realised this was holding me for days on end so ended up just taking 4mg every two days...My mum was involved in my getting off H. Getting on subs! Anyway ive been dabbling a bit and thought i had subs in my system but realised i was going to take one a couple of days ago and never so i suspect im back to square one!! GUTTED
Anyway today ive had 3 bags of heroin (note: this is uk heroin, my friend got caught delivering 1.5kilo and it came back at 13% and the cops said this was actually high purity for this area)
I last used at 7pm and its now 1.47am, what i have at my disposal is a 0.4mg SubuTEX and plenty Suboxone! What should i do, infact let me rephrase that is there some way i can work it so as not to wake up sick?
I was thinking of snorting the subutex, and possibly taking a few MG of suboxone. Although i think i read that its not the nalaxalone that causes PW its the fact that bupe itself pulls the H of the receptors, am i wrong?
Ive been in PW once before but i didnt know what was happening or that it could happen till i came on here thinking i was dying. I had been taking loads of MST's that morning and then Snorted 2/3MG of suboxone that night probably 12 hours later. My drug worker said that in all her time in the job she has never had someone go into PW.
Tbh im not sure the heroin here is strong enough for PW's but obv i could be wrong.
Please advise me as i'd like to not have to wait till im sick as i know when i am the bupe wont sort me for hours, so is it possible to have some sort of overlap??My mum is coming over tomorrow too!!
