EZtest kit delivered all smashed up

i ordered 2 EZtest kits last week. They got here today. When I opened the white envelope... inside... the test kits were like smashed and stuff was leaking all over!!!! Someone else told me they got their kit that way 2. Anybody know WTF is goin on? Are customs cops gettin their jollys smashin up our kits?!?!? >

It happens. I am sure EZTest will send you replacements. I believe it's due to the packaging vs. customs "smashin up our kits" them.
