I tested 6 pills of e (5 bad & 1 good). I call the ones "bad" because they didn't give me that euphoric/happy feeling, but a stoned fucked up buzz, mashy! Ii also made me very numb and not alert. I have felt The "good" pill was OK and had the typical symptoms/feelings. Anyway all 6 tested positive for a XTC like substance, but yet 5 of them were shit e's. What's up with that? What does this tester really tell you if it tests positive but yet there were no real e feelings from the pill? Don't all XTC like substances supposed to induce the same type of feeling? Does anybody know what kind of feeling will MDA & MDEA give you? Please post your thoughts/comments. Thanks.

Could you describe the reaction as precisely as possible ? Could you maybe also describe the stuff you tested ?? (logo, size etc)

The reaction was very quick, they all turned dark blue/purple within a few seconds. No smoke was observed. The pills I tested were:
-pink butterfly-->bad
-blue WB-->bad
-green mice-->bad
-statue of liberty-->bad
-blue mitsubishi-->bad
-*white OM logo-->good
I didn't measure them but they all seemed a bit thicker than the white OM (double stacked?) What does this tell you?

I believe you can a good desciption of what MDA and MDE do at either http://www.dancesafe.org/ , http://www.lycaeum.org/ , or http://www.erowid.org/ . It sounds like you got something close X but not quite. Are you around Canada or in the UK? They seem to have more non-X tabs than say the US.

Someone mentioned a low dosage already and yes, mdea, mda are definitely different substances with different effects.
Effects even vary on different people.
Also, did you use anything else at that time ??
Could also be your mood, I mean that sometimes you see people going crazy on E but it turns out to be caffeine or some herbal, the placebo effect.
Personally, I have experienced that something that was labtested as mdma really did not give the right feeling.
Alltogether, I am afraid you can not blame the test. I am not saying that what you say is not true but it is a scientific thing; if it goes purple/almost black, you can be almost sure that your pill contains an xtc like substance; mdma, mdea, mda.

Stoned/fucked-up/mashed/numb are all words I would use to describe the typical MDEA experience. It is the second most common substance sold as e in the UK and virtually impossible to distinguish from the most common (MDMA) with an EZ-test, probably due to its chemical similarity.
I did the blue mitsus last weekend, and I agree, they sucked. GOt me high but no MDMA good feelings at all. And I hadn't done E in 8 months, so if there was some MDMA in them I would have noticed it.

U guys need to understand that the testing kits are only accurate enuff to test for mdma like substance. meaning the kit is there to keep you from taking a pill that has DXM or some other crap in it that is dangerous. dangerous meaning NON-E. If you want to know the exact content of each pill the equipment costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. We can only be so lucky to have such a test. Its saved many of lives. Not to mention its saved alot of people from having a horrible time because they dropped something other than real E.

Great to read all the above, I am in the UK and have recently got my EZ tester. All 8 of the pills I ahve tested test eithere MDMA or nothing happens at all. There is, however different speeds at which the EZ test goes to black. Out of all thos pills 2 where dud, and the other 6 where not pure MDMA, no Loved up feeling at all. Recently, at Glastonbur, I had HALF a VW and it made me feel sooooo good, that half was better then the six good ones I tested. In fact, so far, VW's are the only pils I have had that I get the Loved up feeling. This seems starnge to me as, in the pill reports, the VW's don't get good reviews. If vws are not that good, then I can't wait to get a GOOD MDA pill!!! I will always test my pills first though, thanks or the ez tester!!
there will always be more than one type of VW pill going around. We don't have enough regular reporters to catch every single type of pill in the UK at the moment - every time I go to a club I get offered something I am not familiar with, and being a concientous moderator who reads EVERYTHING I know more about our pillreports than most. Each pill has to be taken on its own merits, as the poor buggers buying triangle mitsis in Edinburgh are finding out (don't buy them if they have a score on the back).
