Opioids Extending Hydromorphone high with oxyneo

Hey y'all. Just a quick question about making my high last longer. I, not to long ago, I.ved 24 mg of hydromorphone when I was driving home. I have a good tolerance so I have to do that much, minimum just to feel a decent rush. What I'm wondering is, i just popped 130 mg of oxyneo. Will this extend my hydromorphone high late into tonight or will I come down a considerable amount? I never do oxy anymore since the formulation changed. I don't mess with the time release cooking them then freezing and whatnot. The BA is only 13% more when iv'd give or take so I just pop a larger amount. Will this keep a strong high going or will it be a lot lower due to my super high tolerance. 24 mg of hydromorphone iv'd is around 320 mg of oxycodone administered orally so 130 mg isn't a whole lot for me so I wouldn't get that much of a high if I were to take it on its own. Does anyone have any advice they can lend? And sorry for the rambling folks

If you took the ON as whole pills then of course it will extend it, but you'll barely feel it if at all with that tolerance.

No I know but I meant if it would keep me higher then if I took the on by itself. I used to mix hydromorph contin and OxyContin in shots before they changed the formulation but I haven't touched them since they changed them over. I know it sounds like a noob question but even med student can be a little dumb sometimes

Yes, it will extend your high. How much? None of us know, you are the only one who knows anything about your body chemistry. Be careful.

Of course it will help extend the hydromorphone high, and might you a little higher but I doubt it with your tolerance and it being the OP formulation of the pill.

Also I want to mention that you shouldn't IV while driving home. I know you have a high tolerance and what not but it's still not a good idea by any means.
