Nothing like a roll. More like acid.

I think it's a lot like a roll actually. Not like the peak on a roll where your body is hypersensitive, but more like the way you feel right after the peak. It's kind of a clouded super-fucked up feeling for me. I totally love it and I can't wait til the next time I take it. I don't see any similarities to acid at all with it. I have no weird thought processes or blatent visuals on it- it's just a really long intense fucked up fun experience. The closest thing I can compare it to is a strongass MDA pill and a lotta k.
I took 40mg (with a 10mg boost about 3-4 hours in) a couple weeks ago.
To me it was speedy. Vibr8tor summed it up pretty well. Esspecially about the visuals. I had read alot of reports about how acid like the visuals were and I was really kind of dissapointed to find that the visuals were more comparable to something like foxy.
It was definitely a "good" feeling tho and I am looking forward to trying it again. Next time I will take 60mg right from the start.
Also, I would recomend putting it in a gelcap because if it taste even HALF as bad as it smells, I would puke instantly. I would rather stick my nose up the ass of a 600 lbs hairy, black woman than smell that horrible indole smell *gag*

Is IT-290 is another name (or vice versa) for AMT?
If so I had a friend with this stuff, but I didn't know enough about it at the time and didn't know what the right dosage was and wasn't about to experiment to find out.
Is this something you could do in public (like MDMA) or something you would want to do at home? (like ketamine)

SS - I would try it at home the first time, just to make sure you dont wig out or anything, but it seems like it would be really fun when ya go out.
You are real talkative, music sounds great and to me it seems like it would be a fun overall club drug.
Just try a lowish dose at home first. That is a pretty good rule for just about any new drug.

I don't see how you could wig out on this drug. My first time I took it, I dosed 50 mg and had no problems. That is a pretty large dose. The visuals are nice, they aren't threatening like acid can be(imo). And they aren't like shrooms at all. Got to the trip report forum or go to erowid to hear more about it.
Oh and definitely try it. AMT is a very good substance. One of my favorites.

AMT gives a fuzzy headed, speedy body high with some very minor visuals on lower doses.
The first time I tried it, me and all my friends did 70mg each. We got a good body high but only very minor visuals, maybe the equivilent of 1 hit of average acid. All in all we were quite dissapointed.

I'd look at something one second and the next it would appear to split into coloured pixels floating about and then reform or take on another shape. Everyone said they were seeing the same sort of stuff.

It is a naturally occuring MAO inhibitor used to make non-orally active tryptamines orally active (ayuahuasca), or to change the nature and enhance ones that are orally active. In high doses, it is a psychedelic itself. Erowid has a vault for these kind of things and they will expand on what I say.
