How effective is Phenibut for decreasing anxiety, Sleeping issues( Insomnia), Stress and Tension? How does it effect somebody socially? do you feel more social on it? How does it effect Memory, studying ability? If somebody has a one day experience where they dosed with Phenibut tell me what its like....
How effect is Phenibut for Moderate levels of Anxiety, tension and Mild-Moderate Insomnia? Do you wake up feeling more refreshed???

Now to the Etizolam, How would you rate the Etizolam as a sleep inducing agent and as an anxiety reliever???
And these two compound Etizolam and Phenibut how long would I be able to use them or how should I use them to manage my anxiety( I am planning on using the the next two months) . BTw I am living in mainland Europe and if I order Phenibut from Amazon.co.uk I hope they will deliver to mainland Europe. Does anybody know any other source to order Phenibut from online source from the UK.

How is Aniracetam as a anxiety reliever? I heard it had some effect... it is nootropic i need something with a nootropic effect and an anxiety relieving effect I heard Aniracetam had both.

Also overall how effective is Phenibut compared to benzodiazepines such as Valium,Xanax, etc? How does the dosage or the effect compare?
Thanks

I have experienced no anxiety relief from aniracetam. If anything, the racetams tends to make me more anxious.

Etizolam in low doses (1-2mg) is really good for anxiety. I find that same dose to be less good for insomnia, unless you only have minor problems getting to sleep, in which case it should work fine. I can get moderate insomnia sometimes and I have found that etizolam's halflife doesn't always allow me to sleep well the entire night; sometimes I will wake up in the middle of the night and be unable to fall asleep again, even having taken 2mg in the evening when I went to bed. Some people recommend 4mg for insomnia, but that's a bit of a high dose and would probably be overkill in most cases.

My experiences with phenibut have been strange. It doesn't seem to affect me the same way it did when I first started taking it. At that time, low-med doses of phenibut were great for anxiety; in fact, I enjoyed it more than benzos because does did not impair my cognition as much. However, I also noticed that it could keep me up at night if I took some right before bed. I always woke refreshed and felt great the next day, with a kind of giddiness lasting for a number of hours. High doses tended to make me nauseas. Also, physical dependence and tolerance rises fast with phenibut (within a week with everyday dosing), and the withdrawals are not fun. As I mentioned earlier, phenibut typically doesn't affect me the same anymore and can even make me somewhat dysphoric and anxious. I haven't done it in a while, so I'll probably try it again soon to see if that's still the case.
