Not sure if this belongs in here since Etizolam is technically not a benzo. Sorry.
I have suffered from severe general anxiety for almost my entire life. I had my first panic attack when I was 8 years old and since then I have struggled immensely. My anxiety is physically taxing and so bad that it gets to the point where my whole body feels as if it is on fire.
The only two things that have TRUELY helped me were alprozalam and heroin. I used heroin for about 3 years to combat my anxiety. Thankfully, I have been clean from heroin for almost 3 years now. I also havn't used Xanax for over 3 years.
I have tried everything to combat anxiety, and currently I meditate everyday as well as take around 1.5 grams of Phenibut daily(have for about a year), The phenibut has helped to a degree but my anxiety is still through the roof.
Last week I ordered 30mg of etizolam in the form of Consern Etizest 1mg tablets. I find that 1mg is as effective as alprozalam, so now comes my question.
I do not want to develop a tolerance to etizolam, and I plan on using it strictly theraputically. If I were to dose 1mg-2mg/day of Etizolam every other day and use phenibut in the days between, would I become physically dependent on Etizolam? How about one day of Etizolam, two of phenibut? Or possibly some other combination of alternation?
I understand that I am dependent on the phenibut but I am wondering if anyone has had any success using this combination or any other combination. If anyone has any experience with etizolam dependence and could help me out that would be great.
Thank you all so much,
J.
