Got this as a 'sample' from vendor - unlabelled and no details about amount. Spent the weekend in Leeds with some friends, and decided to take the Ethylphenidate with me for the Saturday night, when we would be heading to bars/clubbing. I shared the Ethylphenidate with 2 friends, to gather some opinions.
Prior to ingestion, I had eaten a moderate meal maybe 2 and a half hours prior, and had enjoyed a few drinks (but fairly sober).
21:00 40mg
Insufflated 40mg. As warned, it burned A LOT, but not as bad as other substances I've tried.
21:15 (+00:15)
Enhanced saturation of my surroundings. Mood enhanced, and a little more energy than before. Pleased thus far.
21:45 (+00:45)
State has stayed fairly the same, noticed I have no nice physical effects or sensations, just the slightly lifted mood.
22:30 (+01:30) 80mg
Decide to go for another 40mg. In talking to one of my friends who was also trying, he noted that the Ethylphenidate reminded him of a good like of coke (we're talking UK street coke, here..) which I was inclined to agree with.
Insufflated second dose of 40mg. More used to the burn now.
23:20 (+02:20)
Mood stayed the same up until this point, no urge to re-dose, just happy sipping a drink and dancing with friends.
01:00 (+04:00)
By this point, all signs of the drug had left me (gradually, I might add) and we were ready to leave. Just as we were, I felt a massive dip in my mood. My first thought is "this feels like a massive coke comedown, this will suck". As it turned out, we had a 4.5 mile walk home - which did fucking suck. My emotions were slowly dropping quite low, but I was trying to persevere for the sake of not ruining what had been a fun night.
03:00 (+06:00)
I talk to my friend who'd been sharing the Ethylphenidate with me. He said he felt 'awful'. We both felt very bloated, very down, and we were both slightly salivating which was really annoying. The idea of swallowing made me feel quite sick so I was stuck constantly spitting. My friend also had to keep using the toilet to relieve some diarrhoea, something that I didn't suffer from (although I was too worried to even try using the toilet).
We stayed in this awful state until around 6am (9 hours after first ingestion) and then decided enough was enough, and that we would take 2 etizolams each to try to sleep. It took us both at least an hour of horrible, increased heart rate, trying to sleep before we were able to.
Felt alright the next day (awoke around 2pm).
Would be very interested to hear from anyone who has also suffered from a horrible Ethylphenidate comedown?
Cheers,
Bishopbishop
