Stimulants Equipotentcy list of street meth vs RX and RX amphetamines

I've come across a "recommend daily adult dose" chart for various RX stims.

Anyone wanna take a crack at helping us out together an appropriate equipotentcy list for stims VS a common dose of a benchmark stim.

I'd say a reasonable benchmark would be Adderall 20's.
