So I had 2mg of xanax and a 30 mg oxycodone at the start of the day but I was waiting to do them because I knew I would be picking up another 30 a little later. So I had been drinking pretty large amounts of Tonic water and Chamomile Tea which both inhibit CYP3A4. I am prescribed Wellbutrin XL 300mg a day which is already a strong CYP2D6 inhibitor and I take it everyday so I don't worry about inhibiting that enzyme. So my question is with 60mg of oxy, 3mg of xanax over about 2.5-3 hours(the last one was plugged with my 60 mg dose of oxy. I hadn't taken a dose of my sub in 34 hours and only take 1-2mg a day nasally.

My question is with all these inhibitors also in my system would would it basically cancel out smoking a cigarette as I am still having cups of chamomile tea and still sipping on tonic water?

Inhibition of enzymes will stop the break down of these drugs, essentially extending their duration.

In regards to cigarettes if your referring to nicotine nitrosamine ketone and it's hypothesized connection with reduced CYP2D6 enzymes I don't think it will hold any major significance towards your benzodiazepine or opioid experience.

If your talking about the slightly reduced serum levels of benzodiazepines due to cigarrette smoking I'm positive the inhibition of enzymes will outweigh that.
