effects of weed after DXM usage

im not sure if this would count as cannabis or psychedelic disscussion

well, this past weekend, on friday night i did 354mg of DXM and then the next night did 220mg of DXM, now, ive never done DXM 2 days in a row, just this one time as a way to end my DXM use for a long time again

now, i picked up some no name weed the next day, got alot for only $10 and it was compressed and dark green, so very obvious its shitty mexican brick weed

but i smoke up some bowls of it last night and got very very high, i suspect from the former DXM use the days prior. the DXM FAQ says alcohol and/or cannabis use after DXM can ring back many dissociative qualitys and sometimes possible up to 5 days after use.
anyone ever done this?

i got some strange effects like floating and a disconnection with my body, had strange open eyed visuals like things turning cartoony a bit and moving about and swirling. if i closed my eyes, i felt like i was becoming disconnected with my body. I thought it was pretty cool to be honest haha its like free tripping of just weed? YAY
when i told my friend how it hit me cuz he wanted to know if it as good, i told him and he is saying that famous line "oh, sounds like it was laced with PCP"

i very much doubt that, so has anyone ever smoked good weed the day after using DXM and feeling those effects off just weed?
 
My most intense DXM trip was coupled with a few bowls of hash. This greatly potentiated the trip; I've never had such an amazing trip from DXM without cannabis. However, I continued smoking hash in the days following this trip and I didn't notice any unusual effects.

Oooohhhh yeah, after taking a third plateau trip on DXM, every time I smoked weed it was a bit different for the following week or so. I'd feel as if I was floating and would get a little bit of a detached feeling. Unfortunately none of the crazy euphoria from the time I mixed weed and DXM, but yeah, it changed my bud high for a little while. But all is good now (:
 
I find that smoking during the afterglow of dxm always gets me much higher. During and after dxm are great times for smoking.
 
DXM and Cannabis is one of my favorite combinations, you don't always find substances that synchronize so well together. I love smoking a bowl of some good weed right after I have started feeling the DXM well. It completely boosts the entire high so much. Easily taking you from a mid second level the third.
