RCs Effects and harm reduction

I would be interested to hear people's opinions on the following RCs -

3-FA (3-Fluoroamphetamine)
Butylone
Buphedrone, and
Pentedrone.


In the past I have tried Mephedrone and Methylone and enjoyed both, but I'm wondering if there is something that would sit somewhere between the two of those? A bit more stimulation (and slightly longer lasting) than Methylone ... but a bit more euphoria or empathy than Meph.

Where would the four RCs I mentioned above fit in compared to Methylone and Meph?

Also, which would be the safest in regard to somebody who is on a low dose of SSRI daily (least likely to lead to the dreaded serotonin syndrome), and also which would also put the least amount of stress on heart and/or circulation?

We aren't here to recommend drugs that we think you'd enjoy, so I can't answer your first question.

If somebody is currently on a program of SSRIs, I'd advise they stay clear altogether just in case, but as far as I know, 3-FA will probably be alright but there's not enough data about it to say for certain.

Butylone is a definite no.

Buphedrone is generally considered to be a bit shite (here) and again, not enough research to say for certain that it would be safe.

Pentedrone is also widely considered to be a bit shite (here). It doesn't look as though it acts on serotonin receptors in any way but, yet again, can't say for certain because there's diddlysquat knowledge about its pharmacology.

If I were you/him I'd stick to drugs you know you like and will not be a problem for someone who is on SSRIs.

My opinion is none of those RC's begin to compare to 4mmc or m1. They will have psychoactive effects but in my book, both mephedrone and methylone are legit drugs with true recreational value. In fact if given the choice, I might choose mephedrone over cocaine.

Coke has a better rush when IV'd but mephedrone, with a good rush of it's own, has a better high. Out of the drugs listed the onyl one i would even consider buying is 4-fa which is a let down in of itself.

Yeah I used to enjoy mephedrone, till the banning. And methylone became my next choice. I guess I'm just curious as to what could be option 3 if methylone ever goes the same way as meph (i.e. extinct)

4-fa is probably what I'm thinking. I originally mentioned 3-fa, because I thought maybe 4-fa was more MDMAesque and not so stimulating, but further reading leads me to think I was wrong about that. Also I thought 3-FA may have been less serotonic than 4-FA, but from what I can find, people are saying that 4-FA isn't very neurotoxic.
