Misc Educate me on PCP

Hello folks! So SWIM is looking for some information about PCP and its synthesis. Specifically, he needs these three questions answered:

- What certifications are necessary to order PCP as a research chemical legally?
- What is the best and safest process for synthesis of PCP?
- Are the tools and ingredients for this process readily available to the public consumer?

Thanks! I browsed the forums for a while but couldn't find anything addressing these questions. I hope you guys can help!

i don't think there are certifications for ordering legally pcp as it's scheduled..

We don't use SWIM and synthesis questions are also disallowed. More info in the OD Guidelines.
