E prevents diluted urine. Or does it?

I was just reading an "Everything parents need to know about drugs" article in the paper and came across a sentence thats said "E triggers a hormone in your body which prevents the production of diluted urine, this is why drinking to much water can be lethal" I have done my fair share of research on E but have never found any evidence on this, so I dismissed it as an urban myth, scare tactic thing, but the rest of the article seemed pretty well put together, even though by the end of it I was annoyed with them always refering to drug users as "Abusers".
So does anyone have any info on this? I think it would be interesting to know if its true.
