DXM & Seroquil Dangers

when someone posted, warning against the combination of dxm and seroquil.

I'm not a heavy user, yet I've dabled and personally took the above combo with no problems whatsoever. In fact, it was quite pleasant.

Was i incredibly lucky?

What are the possible dangers?

Serotonin Syndrome is the risk, I believe. Pretty big risk for a combo I doubt is that desirable. Not one I'll be going for anyway.
