Misc DXM + Methylphenidate + Vyvanse + Doxylamine

I dosed 600mg DXM, 60mg Methylphenidate, 100mg Vyvanse, and 240mg Doxylamine Succinate in the last 18 hours (DXM last night, around 11, along with Doxylamine) and the Methylphenidate and Vyvanse this morning, about an hour ago. I feel fine (probably due to state of mind, no doubt) but should I be concerned for anything, physically? I came across a few accidental overdose stories on the web this morning, and it scared me a fair bit, I'd like to know what I may have in store; I recalled hearing something about stims and dxm being a bad combo, but unfortunately a little too late.

More precautionary than anything.
 
Sorry man, wish I could help but I have absolutely no idea. No experience with any of those substances.
 
Anything + DXM is a bad combo. DXM's a real antisocial drug when its in your system. The biggest dangers are mixing it with any SSRIs or SSRAs but I'd steer clear of anything stimulating as you rightly pointed out.
 
I'm still feeling pretty okay; heartrate is slightly elevated, but nothing I would consider scary. I'll post back in a few hours, with results. Oh, and I'm grinding my teeth ALOT.

Find some gum or anything to chew on besides your own mouth!

Why is it a bad combination; what about it causes negative effects?

And what do you mean by "DXM's an antisocial drug" ?

Antisocial as in it doesn't play well with other drugs you may take.

'Dextromethorphan should not be taken with Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (like SSRIs and SNRIs) due to the potential for serotonin syndrome, which is a potentially life-threatening condition that can occur rapidly, due to a buildup of an excessive amount of serotonin in the body.'

^ There's a large chunk of recreational drugs that fall into that list. I believe DXM also has a long half life, so the time frame for it to cause problems is longer than many expect.
 
I have always had the misfortune of remaining messed up by DXM for much longer than others I know, one such occasion lasted for three weeks; what would occur is a morning dose, and a booster dose later on in the evening, however when I awoke in the morning, I would be just as, if not more dexxed. It appears to linger in my body, I have not been able to figure out why. It was cool at first; super efficient, I got the most out of what I had, but now it's a drag, as I enjoy dex, but have responsibilities and cannot afford to let recreation interefere.

It also seems to violently increase the effect of other substances.

My main concern was regarding body temperature fluctuations, dehydration, and blood pressure.

There is a DXM mega thread, correct?
