DXM - Dextromethorphan?

So you dont need to answer or lecture. But has anyone found a way to lower dxm tolerance yet? Ive searched all over the internet and couldnt find anyhting even on dxm, not much reasearch has been done on it. Ive found a method that works for me very well. A low carb diet is all thats needed. I believe Dxm is usually stored in liver glycogen, and when you eat enough to not use that as energy and burn it up, the tolerance just builds. But low carbs forces your body to use it as fuel for energy and you will burn the tolerance away in a matter of 2 - 3 weeks as did I strict dieting on low carbs. And you also feel the effects of the dxm being burned with the glycogen and youre stuck with an afterglow for the 2-3 weeks. You know its all gone when you can sleep again and feel normal. I not sure if the glycogen theory is correct, but low carb diet made my tolerance go basically back to new. Any thoughts?
