ive taken dxm enough times now to know what it does, but with drugs to treat bipolar, currently on lithium, serequol, and klonopin, even at small doses, could any one of these meds, or all that are in my system if i were to trip off dxm (which i havent done for like 8 months) be fatal?

Probably not, but DXM can induce CRAZY mania. At least in me. Anything above therapeutic levels can trigger hypomania and a trip often reults in a full blown manic state.

DXM is going to raise your blood pressure. Clonazepam is going to lower your blood pressure. In effect, I believe DXM will not be all that compatible with the other drugs you are on because of this fact.

Did you try using drugs.com interactions checker?

I did, and there aren't any interactions with DXM, just "mild/moderate" interactions between the drugs you're already on.

DXM isn't the best thing to use in the world period; for someone with bipolar, it could very easily cause a very depressing next day for you, I would advise you not to take DXM. That's just my personal advice.
