The combination of alcohol and cocaine is popular among drug users, perhaps because of more intense feelings of ‘high’ beyond that perceived with either drug alone, less intense feelings of alcohol-induced inebriation and tempering of discomfort when coming down from a cocaine ‘high’. A review is presented of the medical literature on psychological and somatic effects and consequences of combined use of alcohol and cocaine in man. The search was carried out with Medline, the Science Citation Index/Web of Science and Toxline. Exclusion and inclusion criteria for this search are identified. There is generally no evidence that the combination of the two drugs does more than enhance additively the already strong tendency of each drug to induce a variety of physical and psychological disorders. A few exceptions must be noted. Cocaine consistently antagonizes the learning deficits, psychomotor performance deficits and driving deficits induced by alcohol. The combination of alcohol and cocaine tends to have greater-than-additive effects on heart rate, concomitant with up to 30% increased blood cocaine levels. Both prospective and retrospective data further reveal that co-use leads to the formation of cocaethylene, which may potentiate the cardiotoxic effects of cocaine or alcohol alone. More importantly, retrospective data suggest that the combination can potentiate the tendency towards violent thoughts and threats, which may lead to an increase of violent behaviours.

Mixing alcohol with cocaine is dangerous, as it creates cocaethylene. Mixing cocaine with other stimulants is very dangerous for obvious reasons.
 
Your question is highly subjective. Boost? Almost any drug will "boost" the effects of another, unless a combination which involves counteraction is administered, in which the opposite would be true, and the effects of one or both drugs is diminished.

Cannibis is relatively safe to mix with cocaine, though I never liked the combo- always made me uncomfortable. Mixing amyl/isopropyl nitrite with cocaine is not safe.

When I mix caffeine with any "real" stimulant like amphetamine, mephedrone and cocaine my heartbeat speeds up a lot and it doesn't seem to add any other effect to the high. The heart palpitation effect was paticularly promiment on mephedrone and not so much on coke, however I only drank like one coffee so maybe in higher doses it could add to the peripheral stimulation.

Mixing amphetamine with coke is usually a bad idea - they're best taken alone. Together the cravings, jitters, paranoia etc are all more pronounced.

Cannabis feels nice to smoke when I'm high on coke, but if anything it's just a distraction from doing another line, and is such a godsend on the comedown that I don't like to waste it when I'm high since it feels pleasant but not mindblowing.

Alcohol and cocaine, as references above, feels awesome together. They really potentiate eachother, but the cardiotoxic effects are more dangerous, and you should ensure you watch how much you drink as the coke will make it really easy to drink too much.

Can't say I've ever tried poppers and coke, but that's one I'll try if I get the chance :D
 
Also, I used to sometimes get coke that was cut with meth, and I hated it. The cocaine high would wear off quickly as it does, and so I'd keep doing it, as people do;) and I'd get so tweaked out and uncomfortable as the effects from the methamp were compounded more and more with each subsequent administration. Trying to end those long nights was the worst feeling... Really an awful combination. Coke comedown is bad enough, but adding amphetamine comedown to it is much much worse.
 
I totally agree with the above posters quote from that website that speaks of more violent thought and actions. I myself turn into a very bad person when I mix alcohol with cocaine, thank god I don't do really ether any more :) . I've read that mixing marijuana and cocaine can cause dangerous heart rates and skips. All in all I believe that roughly if your already doing cocaine you don`t really care about the effects it would cause on your heart and therefor will be encouraged to mix it anyways.
 
Try a big draw of nitrous after exhaling a huge crackhit or as an IV rush is coming on. Its very neat
 
I find cocaine sober completely pointless and mediocre compared to when drunk, but yes cocaethlyene is more dangerous.
 
i cant think of any drug that boosts a cocanie high, i mean mixing other stims with cocaine will just cause CNS problems, like hypertension, high blood pressure, etc..i have mixed adderall with cocaine many times and i must say it just gave me the worst anxiety, physical discomfort ever, and extreme anxiety paranoia and depression and psychosis. whenever im high on adderall, it seems i dont get high on cocaine (crack) when i do it. it just gives me more muscle tension and anxiety and dysphoria..only thing i an think of is alcohol for a booster to make the cocaine more enjoyable. For me when i smoke weed, it takes my mind off the cocaine, where i dont concentrae as much on the next hit of crack, and calms down my anxiety.


PS- I totally forgot. when i used to do heroin (years ago) i enjoyed smoking crack/cocaine while high on heroin without feigning, or having any sort of discomfort or over stimulation. i literally would take 1 hit and be satisified for an hour verse smoking crack by itself and being only satisified for 10-15mins per hit. a half gram of crack lasted me from 10pm till 6am while on dope, it just didnt make me feign for more cocaine cause i was so calm on dope, usually half a gram lasts me 3 hours without opiates in me. when im shooting cocaine, than shooting dope after i get a nice high from the both together. so yeah opiates make cocaine more enoyable and less geeky/feigned out
 
when you consume alcohol and cocaine at the same time it reates a moleule in your body called cocaethylene (i think sumn like that) which is 4 times more addictive than the cocaine alone... its also reportedly more euphoric.... but i don't know if it really "boosts cocaine,,, depends on what you mean by boost... it potentiates it
 
DXM. Obviously this is a bad idea from a harm reduction standpoint, but a small dose of DXM (as in small - not a get high dose and ymmv - remember, this is all hypothetical) is widely reported to enhance the cocaine high quite effectively. Right up until you stroke out that is, but still...

If you need another drug to "boost" cocaine, you need to find a different dealer/supplier. Good coke doesn't require another drug to increase it's effectiveness, IMO. On the other hand....

Alcohol consumption for me was always more pleasurable with cocaine.
Caffeine? A line in the am was my "cup of coffee".
Speed? I am sure I would've went insane.
Cannabis does definitely take the "edge" off most times.
No experience with them.

From a harm reduction standpoint....you probably know the answer already
