Drug use in college

I am about to start my first year in university. I'm kinda scared of what my limit is with drugs. I used to be addicted to hydros and dxm (even worse). I'm really just looking for
1. easy to get/make drugs
2. What should i do in college? should i stay out of that scene my first year?
3. I would like some information on what i just did. I just swallow 720mg of Allegra thinking i would get high.
however i do feel the same effect as a low level dxm "trip"
I just want to know what happened what i did wrong and so on and so forth
4. I would like to build a family on this site, because everyone here knows so much more than me and i love to learn.

So please, i am new, dont get mad if this is the wrong thread, imjust finding the site a little confusing.

If you used to be addicted to two different drugs, I advise you to avoid most substances. Please do some research instead of just asking what to take to get high :\.
 
I'm all about sticking to beers and weed in college. Make sure you know your limits with both, and don't become a burn out otherwise you will fail out of college before you know it.

I'm going to move this to drug culture since I think it's a better place for it. It is better as a thread about people's views on using drugs in college, which drugs should be avoided during that time, etc... Oh, and don't take high doses of random meds you have lying around like the Allegra you took.

allegra has nothing in it that when orally taken can cause a "high". However if snorted gives the effects of ambien mixed with xanax. I know a lot about the stuff i want or have taken. but you look it up and see what you get. Here's what you will get. "should i take allegra to get high" and every single reply is no. The same thing happened when i looked up the generic. On top of all that i have a few good many people i could ask but yaknow 2:14AM isnt the best time to call. Allegra alsohas a very high od amount. I know what im doing Mr. Loblaw. i was just searching for different answers. I noticed you moved this, which i must say thank you for, I am new but im not new to this. Pills were always my kryptonite so i am looking into a few different more intense maybe even just the opposite for something i could do maybe every other week or so. i read the rules and know that i am not allowed to solicite information about drugs or anything illegal at a present stand point. i am not trying to offend anyone or make anyone mad i just wanted to know the consequences of what i just did and some advice for the future. I am truly sorry if i made any part of your life harder.

Don't be offended, mate, I'm just letting you know BL isn't here to help you get high or make drugs. It's a harm reduction site.

Then, please, stick around :). Check out BDD or OD perhaps. I wish you the best; I'm only a couple years older than you are & do drugs after kicking a dope habit. I just have to be careful with the alcohol, blow, whatever so I don't get sucked back into that void.
 
i truly just didnt count the mg amount and said whatever and popped 5 160mg allegra's. I was hoping for a good night tonight because im going through a hardship right now. And don't i look up everything before i take it
 
I recommend you start doing that. It is never a good idea to just take a bunch of pills.
 
what is BDD and OD? some drugs are legal and im sticking to those. And the first line "I read the rules and know that i am not allowed to solicite information about drugs or anything illegal at a present stand point." i meant past experiences. but making is a present experience so understand and am sorry. Before i had an account on here this is where i checked everything out. If i do have such questions that involve a drug (medical,legal,illegal) where should i do that. i dont plan on doing anything real "hard core" at the moment. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

see for me i never had to study just cause i was smart or so i thought cuz when i started smoking alot i feel atleast 20 points in all one of my classes
 
Drugs oddly never effected my school work ect... I've been using drugs since high school and now college. I was even doing heroin heavy through my first year of college (going on my second... took a year off after high school). I would go to class and then walk down the road to my dope dealer... or even go across the street to another dope dealers... chill and do heroin before having to go to my one night class. I don't know how I did it. The truth is my depression effected me and school more than anything else.

I would just say to be careful. Pills and powders can have unpredictable effects. Don't assume you'll be alright monday morning if you try this or that sunday night. Many things affected my success the first time I went to college. Drugs didn't help the situation but its difficult to determine how I would have done without them as well. I was going through a lot and maybe a coping mechanism (albeit a bad one) allowed me to achieve what bit I did. Regardless I can't see it helping your situation. However when you graduate drugs can fuck up your life too...possibly even worse. So I can't recommend drugs at all during any time. But if your going to be responsible and your willing to put in the extra work then go for it. Because trust me, being a drug user and getting a degree is much harder. Memory loss, drug withdrawal, cravings, copping, hangovers, black outs none of these things are not conducive to college life.

Also if you get busted\arrested you will probably loose your financial aid and that's no fun.
