Hello, just say I was prescribed oxycodone/APAP pills by a doctor for pain. Just say the indication on the medicine was use as needed for back pain. If I did not use it at all on weekdays and saved up the pills for one big CWE on Saturdays, can they tell that I used one big dose on the weekend and did not actually use one or two pills a day? Say if my blood or urine was sent to a lab etc?

What they can find out by sending a test to a lab, and this is for urine though I am sure its the same with blood, is the current concentration of the oxycodone. They can't really pinpoint when your taking it, but if your taking it. They would possibly notice a higher concentration if you were to take a bunch during the weekend and you were tested shortly after. Likewise a low concentration if you were to take a bunch over the weekend and run out while the concentration in your system diminished.

Feel free to ask any questions if that doesn't make sense..

^ That sounds right to me. I know that they can test the levels, and I imagine they have something that says how a persons levels should correlate with their dosage. They may also just compare the levels in this test to the ones in a previous test, and also use this to compare in the future.

Anyway, we don't allow drug testing questions so I have to close this.
