Heroin drug test tomorrow, am I fucked?

Im taking a hair follicle drug test tomorrow to prove to my family I'm clean. Unfortunately, I just remembered I had a .05 shot of tar last halloween. If that's my only use, will I still show up positive? Thanks in advance guize
 
you ought to have used google, because drug-testing questions aren't allowed.

you want to prove to your family that your clean, either stop using or move out and do it at your pad.
