Dosing aMT with a siringue

Here, I wanted to know how to make my batch from 500mg of freebase AMT and a syringe, I do doses of 50mg, according to this that I realized the freebase is insoluble in water, so I should use alcohol or vinegar?

How should I make a dilution, 1ml corresponds to how many mg?
