Heroin Dope is caked up/stuck to side of bag

I got these bags which were soo caked up that when I got it out of the bag they were all just flat pieces

I tried cutting one up with my razor and it's just so chunky. Is there any way I can try to dry these out so they at least turn back somewhat to powder? I've been keeping the stamps in a baggie in a dark cool spot...but no real difference

Dessicant (silica gel) or dissolve it in sterile water and use it that way.

I've had this happen to me before, and the flat pieces of dope were so rock-hard that I couldn't even chop them up really without little pieces flying all around my room.

I used the cap to a perfume bottle to grind the dope up back into a powder, like using a mortar and pestle...

If the dope is still somewhat sticky, then this may not work for you. If the dope is dry but in pancake or "cookie" form and not in powder form, then give it a try.

The worst thing to do in this case is to get all the dope onto a small surface where it's liable to break off. I find that this is a problem when dope comes like this and you have to be really careful when chopping it up or you'll lose a lot and no one would want that to happen

I have gotten dope like this numerous times. This happens because the bags got moist and the dope becomes like a piece of thin paper. If you get it bone dry it'll just 'shatter' when trying to cut it up. Really sucks if you snort it. It isn't quite as big a deal if you shoot your dope, as it still dissolves easily, but I am absolutely NOT recommending anybody IV their dope because it is like this.

If you cannot dry it out and powder it properly, you COULD dissolve it in water and plug it, or drip it in your nose (or even go a step further and make a nasal spray out of it).
