It's amazing that when you cut your dosing in half it almost seems like the pills aren't moving. Seems like I'm not doing anything compared.
I was at 600 mg+ a day now down to 320 ish. Last night I screwed up and did like 380, but I am doing much better. It was a month slide to the half way mark and I did it with out feeling it. The thing that hard part was the mental thing and not feeling the oxy.
Now since I've stabilized @ 320-350 for a good week I am starting to feel the doses, nothing strong but still can feel them.
I think I'm ready to step down again. My next move is to get stable at 250. If I can get into the 200 area I know I have this thing licked. Someone told me that the wd's are much less at 300 than at 600 which makes sense so if I can get to 150 by the end of the month my wd's shouldn't be that bad. Or would you think to keep lowering till I get to 90 or even lower to stop?
If I got to 90 mg a day I would think I would have very minor wd's. I imagine that I could take a day or 2 off and by the 3rd day be back to work? Is that right or is stopping from 90 still a hard thing?
What ever it is I am so glad I'm not putting 600 mg in my body anymore, that was insane and I can't believe I got to that point. I've got some provigil that is helping me also. I take half a pill and it carries me through a good amount of time before my body says it's time for more.
last time I quit they gave me the provigil because I had no energy. They also gave me a bunch of other stuff like clonidine and robaxin and xanax. All of which I still have , not a whole bunch but enough to get me through this last go.
I also have some sub strips from like 2 years ago. I hope they don't expire, they are in a sealed package. The 8 mg ones. I guess I could use them from when I get to 350 and just taper over 10 days. Thats kinda how I did it last time, but last time I was supervised. This time I'm not so much.
