DOI sold as acid?

this is a post from Pimp Lazy from the acid family thread, i thought it deserved a little attention...

Government supported positions would mean that patriotic University chemists are working overtime. However, I do know the DOI has been on most if not all the blotter I've seen over the past year. Heard from all sorts of people it was DOI then asked the guy laying it and yes DOI.

this last year i bought serveral hits of "acid" that i suspected were actually DOI. they have a disctinctly bitter taste, a long come up and very long duration, probably 12-16 hours on average...and it just feels different...

does anyone know why there is so much DOI being produced and sold as acid on blotter, and geltabs? is it just cheaper or something? is it a legality issue?
i mean DOI is fun, but i much prefer LSD... dont you?
 
DOx are potent enough to be put on blotters/geltabs with noone being the wiser until they eat it, and then I guess their relying on peoples inability to differentiate substances. Its a fucking shit thing to do, and has made me EXTREMEMLY wary when purchasing acid now. I would love to hear if anyone outside the US and Europe are getting these chems sold as LSD.
 
There is plenty of real LSD floating around.
Just stck to tabs that have good reputations.

When i get offered hits im not familiar with ill either pass the opportunity up or ust buy 1 to test it out.
Lucky for me i havent been ripped off yet. Every blotter, gellie and liquid iv bought as been good ol' LSD 25. But i have seen the DOx blotters floating round.

When will DOM blotters surface. I want to give that one a ride.
 
i sure wish people would just be honest with whats on the tab, i mean ill probably end up taking it anyway but this way i will know what im taking and can compare

the way i see it now theres a good chance i have no idea what lsd even feels like

i dont blame u for being "jaded."

I ave tried Doi and DOC. And can definately tell the difference between the two.
As far as DOM blotters go, thats just a fantasy of mine because i have been reading about STP since i as 15 years old and always wanted to try it.
Lucky for me i wont be buying it on any blotter. The DOM i try will be real DOM.=D
 
All the tabs ive had (ive had about 20 - 30 different prints) have been more or less the same feeling some feeling a lil heaiver on the body etc but only 2 have stood out as possibly something else but its hard to tell as those night usually involve heavy drinking etc

Im pretty confident I havent yet recieved a Tab with a DOx substance.
This is in Australia btw.

I would probly still try a tab containing a DOx chem if I was told about it Just because im curious like that.

Alothough Ive been warned by a few people about DOM not sure id be keen for that one
 
I have had some blotters for a while which were very different. They had a plastic foil on them. I assumed this was for storage... They were also somewhat bigger than the average blotter found here in belgium

Thes blotters came up very late and not too strong. They were much different then lsd. The feeling was more a sense of peace and visual effects were apparent but only got really intense when I glared at 1 point.
I assume this was some DOx chemical...
 
"Back in the day", I recall people frothing at the mouth to get their hands on DOI because of Shulgin's remarks about its potency in Pihkal. Now, it seems people are upset when they buy DOI thinking it's LSD.

What's that saying? Be careful what you wish for?

And I honesty think, LSD is the easiest drug to confirm the ID of without any laboratory instrumentation. So why trust something being bitter?
 
We have to make a pact right now: if we get any of this DOI bullshit we leave an anonymous tip for the local Feds or DEA office

Haha, well people 'back in the day' as you say may have wanted DOI real bad, but I sure as hell don't. I'll take DOC, DOM, DOET, etc, purchased as such from a reputable vendor, but when I'm paying the current OUTRAGEOUS prices for LSD, it better be fucking LSD. I don't want to wait 3 hours start tripping, be up for fucking 20 hours then not sleep at all that night (I have bad insomnia, even the slightest stimulation keeps me awake). I think I would rather enjoy the beauty as only LSD can describe it.
 
DO*? Being sold as LSD is fucked it is like buying a bag of pot but it was really PCP.

I happened to me once. I got some blotters once and the guy said these are “kind LSD”. So I eat 1 and a half and an hour and a half later I’m thinking that guy ripped me off and sold me blank paper! Then after a while I start tripping but it’s not acid. I was really confused because this was before I knew about RCs, so I had no idea what it was. The next day I was so burnt out!
I might try some DO* compounds someday if I knew what they were and the time and the place were right but not random stuff on paper that’s just getto shit. I it is also very fucking dangerous if someone has a big LSD tolerance going on and drops a 10 strip thinking it is LSD they will be in a very bad place.
 
Sadly the days of testing ones lsd by taking a huge dose are over.
 
In the good old days, when you bought pills in foreign countries, they contained MDMA, and sometimes a bit of MDMA or a bit of amphetamine, not they're all a cocktail of chemicals. Fortunately this didn't happen with blotters, if you bought a blotter in foreign countries, they would contain LSD, maybe a weak dose, but they did contain LSD. Nowaday's even the blotters are becoming a cocktail. I truly despise the people who make those cocktails and sell under the name of MDMA or LSD, while it's something totally else.
 
I recently got some blotter from a guy at a festival. When he told me they would take nine hours to kick in, I knew I wasn't buying LSD. But I've been interested in trying a DOx for sometime, so I thought "what the hell?"
