Hm you may well wonder. What I do (I cannot speak for other bipenii folks) is either operate a half pressure double outlet system, or if I'm in competition (distance) then I simply grip the tip of penis a or b (usually penis a) between forefinger and thumb thereby forcing all the urine to exit from the other penis. It does however take some practice to be able to carry it off without the urine splashing around in a random fashion. I trust this answers your concerns.
Grafting is always an option if you should find that one penis is insufficient for your needs/desires.
