Possibility a 1 year old staffie/red heeler has ingested up to .5 of a gram of speed.
Vets have advised to watch him.
reckon its gonna be lethal or rush him to a vet or he will be able to sit it out?

This isn't OD material, for the record, so expect it to be closed in a few

Was this quality meth, or just some low quality street amps?

I think he'll be OK.

Your dog could have a negative cardiovascular event, but barring that, I don't think it'll be a lethal dose.

How did the dog ingest this?

Please be more careful in the future. I am sure you are pissed off at the dog but really, it's your fault! Keep your drugs in an area your dog can't get to. Lock it up in a safe. The dog won't chew through a metal chain and a lock box to get to drugs, but dogs are curious enough to go into a plastic bag that's just sitting on a table.

Well as I don't know if Captain Heroin is still watching this I'm going to close it since I'm off and this is quite the powder keg of a thread. OP I know you haven't denied responsibility but please make sure your dog is okay and doesn't end up paying for the human mistake that was made.

Powerful drugs are dangerous and shouldn't be left where children, pets, or even other adults (e.g. mislabeled pill container) can find them.

Best of luck.
