Opioids Does smoking Fent patches make you not able to feel any other opiates?

My friend and I were talking about smoking fent patches and she told me that because they're so strong, once you smoke them you won't feel any other opiates.
I personally love dilaudids so that would make me very sad if it was true lol.

I think this sounds like a load of crap but I don't know much about patches and I don't have much experience with them so I'd really appreciate some input from someone who's more familiar with smoking these things.
 
It can raise someones tolerance to opiates in general. same as using anything else. safely and in moderation the patch wont technically make you unable to feel "any" other opiates.
