Opioids Does nozinan(levomepromazine) potents opiates?

So yeah, that's it, does anybody use levomepromazine to potent opiate (in my case fentanyl patch)? Yeah, of course i know fentanyl is a strong opiod, so many of you would think why the fuck i want to potent a so strong opiate as fent, but after a lot of years taking it, i know my limits, and i have a really fucking rediculus tolerance...i read in wikipedia, that you can take half of your normal dose of opiate, with levomepromazine, but i'm asking here if anybody have tried this combo, to hear the expirience...i'm appreciate all of your help, it would be very important, really...thanks,

Levopromazine has sedative and analgesic effects, so it will add to the effects of any opiate taken. Is akin to someone taking an opiate with a benzodiazepine and Naproxen or Ibrophen.

I'd be careful not to take too higher dose of the levo, due to the opiate overdose risk, as anti-psychotics can be pretty sedative.
