Kratom Does it raise HGH you think? Or decrease it?

I know kratom increases insulin sensitivity and secretion of it which would make think it lowers HGH? Increased insulin reduces HGH secretion.I don’t want that outcome. I use it very sparingly here days like once a week.

What about say adderral? It says it increases hgh, but it spikes insulin doesn’t it? So that would decrease hgh secretion right? And what about inhibiting its expression?

Tho research claims that it doesn’t affect puberty so shouldn’t effect HGH significantly even if taken prescribed daily?

My understanding is that increased insulin sensitivity would result in a compensatory decrease in secretion of insulin, not an increase. Sort of the opposite of metabolic syndrome / diabetes type 2.
