In the above link, can anyone identify the substance which amplifies/changes nerve response to touch? Sounds pretty awesome to me!

My peculiar affect my entire life is the pleasure I get from being scratched by another human being - fingernails across pretty much any part of my body just sends waves of pleasure through my brain -- anyone else get this too?
