Does anyone have experience with prolapsing your colon? aka: prune tulip

From what I gather a prolapsed anus occurs when the muscles and ligaments that attach the rectum to the inside of the body become lose. Surgery is required to fix it. It's not really something anyone wants to do but it happens from too much strain.
