Doctor shopping

Hello I'm new to this site but swim Is in a bit of a desperate situation. He is trying to see a suboxone doctor to get off heroin butt needs to see a physc also.Does anyone one know of a good physchiatrist in San Diego that will provide swim with what he need with out to much hassle? The least expensive the better, though swim does have insurance. Swim is just trying to find and understanding doc. Thanks
