doc has me on different meds, need advice on mixing please

So I currently am prescribed 7.5 percs 1mg kolonopins 300-600mg gabapentins and 30mg somas for herniated discs and anxiety. If I can get any wise suggestions on what to and what not to take at the same time possibly suggestions on ideas of good timings to take them I know we are all different but I also know there are people on here with past and current experience with these meds probobly hoping for advice or guidance

if you take the klonnys at night befor bed Id take the percs and somas much earlier. Also 30mgs of somas? is that a typo I take the 350 mg somas and believe they are the lowest available dose.
