Do you stick to the same dose of your drug?

Hi,
I just wondered if anyone sticks to one dose of their drug everyday?

My doses are all over the place. One day in on dose I might take
80mg (IR) morphine, with 125mg promethazine, with 40mg diazepam, with 75mg doxylamine, with 100mg gabapentin, with 90mg DHC, with 400mg Tramadol, with 60mg temazepam.

Then the next day I might take
50mg morphine with 75mg promethazine, with 60mg diazepam, with 100mg doxylamine, with 600mg gabapentin, with 150mg DHC, with 200mg Tramadol, with 40mg temazepam, with 300mg codeine.

So each day is a different cocktail of drugs with varying dosages. Is there any issues with doing this?

I move around a bit on opiates but others I stick to a set dose. I have no idea if there are issues but after a year and a half a daily use I haven't noticed any.

Changing your dosages shouldnt alter anything that isnt already being altered by the use of the cocktail itself. I tend to stick to my exact dose of kratom and the occasional other pharmaceuticals, and have so for about a year now.
