Do you get an erection when opiates kick in?

I was wondering if it's common to get an erected penis when opiates are starting to kick in? This mostly happens to me when taking codeine. I haven't heard people talking about this at all, so I thought about asking. How is it in your case? And with what substance this happen to you - or do all the opiates cause this for you?
 
Its never happened to me. I would think that with the lowering of blood pressure that it might be somewhat common, but nevertheless this doesnt seem to be the case at all!
 
are opiates new to you? i know i used to get a huge erection the first few times i would snort lines (amphetamine/cocaine/ritalin/whatever), the first couple times i drank codeine syrup, took hydros, smoked weed, got drunk, etc. I don't know but doing something that i knew was wrong/rebellious just turned me on.
 
Happens to me practically every time I do an opiate and it usually takes quite some time for it to go away. I'm surprised by how uncommon this is.

Edit- And opiates are not new to me at all. This has been happening for years. I don't get this effect with any other drug either.
 
Yes! I've been using opiates for 2-3 years, heroin for a year now. When I get to that point - when I'm totally buzzed but not nodding yet, I get massive wood.
But I'm too lazy (or blissful) to fuck, so the erection goes to waste. Every day.
I need to get laid.
 
yeah i do. i believe it's the lowered blood pressure. it's like morning wood (which i assume is caused by the same)

I don't get an erection per se...not from the opiates at least... but I do find myself with an increase in libido.. and that soon leads onto an erection.. and I find sex on lesser opiates to be amazing.. it does take longer to climax, but when you do, it's fucking amazing...

that's my experience anyways.
 
I thought this was very common on opiates, and seems most prominant with H. My buddy and Me discussed this with our ghetto ass dealer briefly. His comments on it were hilarious to say the least. Something about his bitch bending over. haha
 
Sometimes, no where near as much as it used it. I wish it still did as much though, cause I might be getting a booty call either tonight or tomorrow! ;)
