Personally i find it nerve wracking

I get the sweats, my heart is racing, and all i can think about is what if a cop pulled up?

All my friends think I'm crazy, and that they get a rush from it!

hows about you guys?

Do you get a rush from it, or do you absolutely hate it like i do?

**NOTE: this also implies for going to your dealers house (cop pulling you over and searching you i guess is how that implies), scoring at a club (having an undercover cop next to you or the bouncer seeing you), having the dealer bring it to you (although i don't see that being too nerve wracking haha), ETC.**

I get a big rush from it.

especially when i'm walkin threw the hood with a pistol on my waist thinking, am i gunna have to shoot someone or run from the cops tonight?

I get a bigger rush when i get what i want in my hands and i didn't have to do anything stupid tho.
 
Its a combination of the two for me. I get a rush from copping in the hood but at the same time I hate the fact that me going to jail or getting shot or robbed is a very good possibility.

Scoring on the street? I've only tried that a couple times and with no success, but it was fun and nerve racking at the same time. It's amusing for me walking through sketchy neighborhoods looking for someone to sell me drugs, but it's also nerve racking because well... it's a sketchy neighborhood and I'm a defenseless skinny whiteboy

If you're talking about scoring in general then no, I don't get sketched out at all unless it's my first time buying from someone, but I don't really enjoy it either. It's just routine, and sometimes quite a hassle.

Yeah I agree with that.

I dont enjoy it. I dont score in the hood really so its different for me.

Its more of waiting and where to meet that really bug me cause no one is ever on time unless your lucky and your dealing with a good person.
 
Don't really enjoy the act of scoring. I'd much rather by a brick legally at 7-11 if the law would allow. Do enjoy after scoring just becuz you know your gonna get high and at times it can be a lengthy process to get what u want.

I still get a physical sensation in my stomach everytime I pull into the city after 10+ years. Don't know why it happens, if its adrenaline, nervousness, anticipation, or what but it happens everytime. Its not a pain i guess you could call it butterflies.

The people in the hood don't stress me at all though and you always have to show confidence when dealin with them. But Im always checkin my rear-views for the boys.....that's always priority #1.

It's fucking awfull, but it's something i'll do as an addict.
 
I get really nervous and anxious sometimes, but it is really exciting, moreso when the deal is actually done and you're driving away with whatever you just bought in hand.

It's exciting with heroin because you essentially have to do at least a bag or half a bag as soon as you get it.
 
NO. I hate it. I don't like committing crimes. I don't like being a criminal. I hate it. It's always an ordeal and it sucks that one has to be involved in what is essentially a criminal culture to get anything. If you're not involved, you loose contacts and then you can never get what you want. I'm past my teens, and I'm not an addict so I don't mind waiting a couple of days for something but even then it still sucks because you just don't know what you're getting.

I tried to cop on the street only once and it was a horrible experience. Basically I was a text book custie, i.e. nice guy, and I just got jacked. Never again.

Yeah there's a thin line between acting like you're savvy to the neighborhood and acting like you think you're some super hard motherfucker. I've seen a couple junkies get smacked for that sort of thing. It's a balancing act life everything else in life, cause if you appear too weak you'll get the same trouble.

Do I enjoy copping? Well, I can't say it isn't a rush, cause it can be. When the cops are parked in front of dude's and I gotta sneak round the back to cop, yeah, it's a rush, but it also is dangerous.

yeah I get the butterflies until I get off the bus or whatever. Then it's business time and I'm paying too much attention to my surroundings to be nervous. It's the anticipation of potential problems that causes the nervousness.

I am good at copping, so in that sense I do enjoy it. Do I wish I had dope delivery to my house 24/7/365? Sure! But I don't so I may as well be as good at copping as I can be. Everybody knows when they can't get nothing to call me and i WILL get shit somehow.

But I mean that's not anything to be proud of see?

And I'm talking about copping in a ghetto, not just going to some dude's house to pick up bud or something.
 
I hate buying drugs off the street, but when it needs to be done, I did feel a small rush once it was all over with and I couldn't wait to get back home and get high. What more do you expect from an addict!
 
ive never had to do this (that i can remember) so i wouldnt know. i know enought people that i can get what i want in my house or my friends houses. or at worst a meetup.
 
i hate copping. its not the dealers or the people around, its the fucking police. thats all im worried about and im so paranoid all i am doing is looking around like my head is on a swivel watching out for the 5-0. i would rather pay a little extra and let a friend go get shit and not have to worry about getting arrested (or at least it would be less likely).
