Hi all,
I was wondering can anyone advise me as to whether DMAA is any good for helping performance in the gym/running/fat loss? is clenbuterol better?

or what is the best thing going?

I want fat loss and optimum mental and physical energy but minimal side effects if possible, particularly heart palpitations.

I have been going to the gym for 3 months and just feel like some days I could really do with an extra kick. I am fit and lean but want to get leaner. I also heard that DMAA helps concentration so if that is true or not true, it would be nice to know.

Any experiences with any pills welcome.... so many floating about the internet, it is hard to know which to pick.

PS my fat percentage is 14.7 and I am female so I know I dont compare to a lot of people here, but I would love to get my fat percentage down to 10. I am also lifting weights.

Id stick with clen for a female
Keep in mind also youre not gonna accomplish anything unless your diet is in check

Why not try green tea for its thermogenic effects before training, and several times throughout the day. At three months it might be a bit early to be considering stimulants pre-workout, if at all..

Any adrenergic agent will have a meager effect on lipid catabolism, regardless of how stimulated it makes you feel, except at doses high enough for the side-effects to get burdensome or even dangerous. I'd only supplement with such compounds if you're an elite endurance athlete looking to cheat (where shaving seconds off of one hour plus races will give you a palpable advantage. . .see also abuse of chlenbuterol among competitive cyclists).

As for motivating "pre-workout"...I dunno...whatever stimulant you enjoy, at low, low doses? These things are a bit silly.

get diet and training together. ive been consistantly bodybuilding for over 14 years

ive done two competitions and never used clen, just ephedrine and t3.

if i ever would compete again id use clen 2 weeks ephedrine 2 weeks on and off maybe

you could try some like green tea/lower dosed caffeine and l carnitine pre workout as these supposed to have a lil synergy for fatloss as for as supplements but your a beginner, learn diet and training

Good read

Use Caffeine Before Workouts for Fat Loss
Pre-training caffeine promotes fat burning two different ways. Check this out.

Caffeine promotes lipolysis (fat burning) and inhibits glycolysis (carb burning). Type "caffeine" into PubMed and you'll get close to 30,000 results, and one consistent trend in the research is an increase in the amount of free fatty acids (FFA) in the bloodstream, indicating that fat's been broken down.

But now that it's been broken down, it's up to you to make sure it gets burned. That's where exercise comes in. It's a good idea to always have caffeine prior to exercising because it makes physiological/biochemical sense. Not only is this likely to help with lipolysis, but it'll indirectly help burn fat because you'll be more energetic, thus ultimately do more work.

On a related note, there's some evidence that yohimbine does pretty much the same thing, albeit via slightly different mechanisms. So taking caffeine and yohimbine prior to exercise may provide a double lipolytic whammy. For that reason – and, admittedly, because I like the stimulatory effects

Instead of DMAA see if you can find amantadine. Instead of clen, some places are selling salbutamol tablets.
