DLPA, L-Methionine, L-Glutamine in Melbourne??

Anyone got any ideas on where i can get this stuff in melbourne?

dlpa i've seen in some larger chemists w/ big vitamin stocks. i've gotten it before. also i think l-glut a couple of times.
dont know bout the l-methionine tho, i dont remember ever seeing it. i live out in the ferntree gully area, so i'd have seen this stuff most likely in knox shopping area, very possibly the health store at parkmore but i doubt it cuz parkmore sucks heh
just keep checking out the big pharmacies & health stores i would guess. otherwise order online, you seem to be able to get most things that way

Um yeh I got DL-Phenylalanine and L-Glutamine from a supplement and health food store in Sydney. Dunno about L-Methionin or whatever its called. What is it and what does it do?
Oh yeh and L-Tyrosine is available at health food stores too. Look for 'Nature's Own' brand. Always the best.

I have never really pre or post loaded.
I have Vit C, magnesium and 5-htp.
do I need any of that other stuff, is it worth it. Will it really make much difference?

do a search for preloading/postloading wikings, as for a quick personal answer, i tried preloading with 100mg, 200mg, and 500mg of 5htp. didnt feel any noticable difference on 100mg and 200mg, but 500mg works nicely and is now routine preload

i got my L-Methionine and L-Glutamine from "great earth super discount health shop" located at 90 elisabeth st melb, city. ph: 9639 2533. they have other shops in the city and suburbs to.
DLPA, i ordered mine from www.iherb.com with some other goodies, so not sure of it's availability in melbourne.

thanx pink just the answer i was looking for, um, yeah iHerb is not good for me though cos the aussie dollar is so shit, it cost almost 40 bucks for 5HTP, i can't afford that. Thanx for the info peeps

prices at great earth for:
L-Methionine powder cost me $21.95 for 75 grams.
Glutamine was $10.95 for 30 x 1000mg tablets.
