Is that Kevin Thorpe (DJ Energy) you are talking about? I'm quite good mates with him. I'm sure he'll smash it whatever he plays whether it be hardcore, old skool or trancecore as he is very experianced now. Energy's MC(Suicide) might also come. Don't get me wrong his MCing skills are excellant but be prepared to hear all the same chats at least twice.
Is Influence still about? I remember him back in the days of the old Dream FM. He never used to play safe mixes back in them days but if he pulled of some good mixes with a selection of some classic bangin' hardcore anthems, he was gaurentied to rip up the dance floor. You'll also be lucky if he brings his old MC with him; MC Twilight as he is (or was) without a doubt the most original freestylist around. His style is more suited to old skool than hardcore though.
So, are these DJ's big in Oz then?
What's the hardcore seen like over their?
I heard it was pretty big and still growing.
