Anyways, Dilaudid is hydromorphone, an opiate of quite good strength. Opiates fucking rock, and I think if you actually have some dilaudid you'll soon find out.

Thanks for the help guys! I've never done H before, anybody know how they compare to banging OC's? I've done the 40's and 80's in those.

Off hand, I would say an IV 4mg Dilaudid (or "K4" as those hip kids on the 'real world' call it) is equal to.. maybe a little less then a 40mg OC, probably not that much.. it is a very unique high, and for some reason I don't think it's accurate to compare it to an OC..

To get a good idea of how good hydromorphone is, look at this comparrison
Codeine - Oxycodone and Hydrocodone
Morphine- Oxymorphone and Hydromorphone
If you know your shit you know that the substitutions on codeine make it very very fun and active, now use morphine as the base instead and what do you have? Pharmaceutical Smack thats better than real heroin. And for metabolic reasons, if you dont inject this drug you are seriously wasting it.
I just got ahold of 40 K4 knolls, i will post about them later on.

But when you're talking about Oxymorphone (Numorphan) ... lets just say that I can rail a 40mg OxyContin then go to work (in fact, thats how I make it through 8 hours of tech support) ... 1mg-2mg of Oxymorphone (IV) had me in a state where I simply laid on a gilrs floor for about an hour... a euphoria like nothing else, I couldn't move... if I ever want to kill myself, THAT is how I will do it!

Hey Phreex it looks like you and I are in the same boat. I'm also in the PC tech support field and have a hard time making it through the day with out a good ole OC.
I don't bang OC's anymore due to the risks but when I did I'd bang 1/2 of a 40 or a 1/4-1/2 of an 80 and I'd be feeling good for at least an hour. Going by that should I bang the whole K-4? (hey I learned a new word)

Heres how it went if anyone cares. I crushed up the whole pill(they are really tiny) and shot maybe half of it. (a little too much actually) In about 5 sec (before I even finished shooting actually) I got a killer rush. Now im in a really good euphoric state. The rush was cool but a little more intense than I expected.
I would imagine it would be pretty easy to OD and die on these? Anyone know?

I've come accross a few Dilaudids and I'm having a problem finding information on how to properly inject them.
Here's my problem. I went to the drug store and looked for saline solution to mix with the crushed up pills. Injectable saline solution is only available with a prescription as far as the pharmacist says. So I'm wondering will the contact lens solution or nasal solution suffice?? What about if I boil it first?
Other inquiries .... how much saline should I use with 2 k4 dilaudids? And what would be the proper dosage for a good time.

1) You do NOT need a prescription for saline, if the pharmacist told you that then you must REALLY have come off as a junky! But hell, you bottled water... I advised saline be used in my FAQ because it *IS* sterile, but a bottle of Zephyrhills will be just as good ...
2) It's not good to make a practice of injecting pharmacutical pills due to the binders/fillers and other stuff thats in them, but all you do is crush the tab, put it in the spoon, add water, and cook until it disolves... filter and bang ..
If you are a narcotics virgin, start with only about half a pill (2mg) - though you may want to have a second rig loaded incase that doesn't do it for ya... use however much fluid you need to disolve it...
